After a “not guilty” verdict on five federal felony charges (including a murder-for-hire charge) pertaining to 2022 shooting, Lil Durk faces a second trial related to racketeering.
The rapper is in a sticky situation, and certainly not in the clear yet, but he’s not alone in this. The support came from rap giants like Jay-Z and J. Cole, both of whom penned heartfelt letters in Durk’s support to Judge Fitzgerald.
J. Cole went deep into the story of how he came to work with Lil Durk on the Grammy winning hit song ‘All My Life,’ and how Durk is a mature artist with a positive message to share with the youth.
Meanwhile, Jay-Z also wrote about Durk as a disciplined and focused artist who beat the first trial and is presumed innocent till proven guilty. He supported that the presumption is correct, and that Durk should be with his family. Check out the letters below!
