Erick The Architect Shares New Single ‘Yerr’ with Ghostface Killah & Fergie Baby from Upcoming Album ‘Afterburner’

Erick The Architect has been steadily covering ground as a solo artist away from his work with Flatbrush Zombies and has just announced his second solo album. The project will mark his Mass Appeal debut with a full length album.

Titled Afterburner, the album is scheduled for release on January 22nd, 2027. To make the announcement resonate, the artist also released a welcome collaboration with artists Ghostface Killah and Fergie Baby called ‘Yerr.’

Three generations of New York rap music coalesce into a beautiful time capsule of sorts as far as the craft is concerned and is a song everyone should check out.

“This is less living in hope. This is commanding an energy that you deserve,” Erick says in relation to the upcoming project. “I’ve self-reflected, and now this is me implementing the things that I’ve learned about myself.”

The album is being defined as a “continuous piece of music” according to early information. This will definitely be an exciting, experimental piece of work from an artist confident in his abilities. For now, you can check out the latest single below!
