Drake ‘Prays For Gaza’ On New Song Premiered During ‘FOMO’ Film Stream: Watch

Drake was one of the first to jump to action when it came to advocating for a ceasefire in events around the horrific violence against the Palestinian people, and he’s not staying quiet now. In a new snippet that was unveiled during the streaming of his FOMO film, Drake once again showed his solidarity with Palestine.

In a song that is otherwise non-serious and full of groove, worthy of being danced on, Drake slid in a definitive “pray for Gaza” bar, unafraid of what the consequences might be for his musical career.

This is especially remarkable considering the timing of it all, because Macklemore is actively losing out on stages and professional opportunities at the same time due to his open support for Palestinian liberation. Just recently, he was removed as the opening act from the ongoing Ed Sheeran tour concerts across stadiums.

Previously, Drake had also taken a shot at DJ Khaled for not standing up with his people in a “Free Palestine” bar off the song ‘Make Them Pay.’ After all that’s said and done, Drake seems to be speaking most freely out of the “Big 3” rappers he’s slotted with often, two of whom are considered top level conscious rap emcees.  Check out the snippet below!
